Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • MIX:
  • 1 3/4 C. white sugar
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 C. water
  • ADD:
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 12/ tsp. maple flavoring

Directions

  • Bring to a boil the first three ingredients; cover and cook about a minute. Cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients. Cover saucepan for a few minutes as syrup cooks to melt down crystals.
