Dried Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 C. macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 lb. dried beef, cut fine
  • 1/2 of a small onion, diced
  • 2 cans milk
  • 1 1/4 C. grated Cheddar cheese, reserve half

Directions

  • Saute dried beef and onion in butter. Combine all ingredients together (except the reserved cheese). Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Place in greased casserole. Top with reserved cheese. Bake,
  • uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 °F. Let set about 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
  • Options: Add peas or green beans.
