Ingredients
- 1 C. vanilla soy milk
- Agave syrup to taste
- 1 scoop instant coffee granules, or 1 shot expresso
- 4-5 pinches cinnamon
- 1 or 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 – 3/4 C. Ice
- Boost it: 1-3 tsp. of raw cacao nibs or cacao powder for topping (it looks really pretty with the topping)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend from low to high until smooth. Your vegan guests will love you!
