Chicken Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb. chicken breast
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1½ tsp. dried oregano
  • 1½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (more, less or none as you desire)

Directions

  • Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  • Place in large zippered bag.
  • Mix all ingredients and put in bag.
  • Close removing air.
  • Ensure all chicken covered.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill as preferred for your fajitas!
