  • 24 oz of fresh raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or strawberries or a combination
  • ½ c. confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 T. lemon juice


  • Combine the berries, sugar and lemon juice in blender and puree for about 20 seconds.
  • Push through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Store in a plastic squeeze bottle for up to 4 days in the refrigerator or up to 4 weeks in the freezer.
  • I love storing this in a squeeze bottle so it’s ready for decorating plates!! Easy and Fun!
