Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1/3 C. diced green pepper
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 2 – 10 1/2 oz. cans cream of celery soup
- 2 – 16 oz. cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 – 17 oz. can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 C. sharp cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook beef, celery, pepper and onion until meat is browned; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Top with cheese when serving. Can be frozen.
