Beef Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 C. chopped celery
  • 1/3 C. diced green pepper
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 2 – 10 1/2 oz. cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 – 16 oz. cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 – 17 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. sharp cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Cook beef, celery, pepper and onion until meat is browned; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Top with cheese when serving. Can be frozen.
