Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1 1/2 C. oats (quick or old-fashioned)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in egg and milk. Fold in oats. Bake in 8×8″ glass baking dish for 30 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Serve with banana slices or fresh berries on top and with warm milk to pour on top. Serves 6-8.
