Ingredients
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 C. quick oats
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 C. milk
Directions
- Cream butter, brown sugar and eggs. Add oats, baking powder, salt and milk to mixture and mix well. Bake in 9×13″ pan at 350 °F for 20 to 30 minutes. Can be mixed the night before. Add raisins, if desired.
