Ingredients
- 1 C. Honey
- 1 C. Oil
- 5 C. regular oats
- 1 C. each of the following:
- Sunflower seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Powdered milk
- Slivered almonds
- Wheat germ
- Soy flour
- Optional Additions:
- 1 C. any dried fruit
- 1 C. raw cashews
Directions
- Mix honey and oil before adding to ingredients. Bake 40 minutes at 300 °F, stirring four times.
