Ingredients
- 5 lb. McIntosh apples
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 T. orange juice
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 C. sugar
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter, cold and diced
Directions
- Combine apples and spices, and top with topping. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour till apples are bubbly.
