Almond Butter Syrup

  • 4 T. unsalted butter
  • ¼ c. sliced almonds
  • ¾ c. pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. pure almond extract


  • Melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat until it begins to foam.
  • Add the almonds and sauté until lightly browned.
  • Add the syrup and almond extract and cook until heated through.
  • Serve warm.
  • This is perfect with the Almond Croissant French toast or over warm baked apples!!
