4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. Catalina salad dressing
1 package onion soup mix
1 c. crispy fried onions
1 c. apricot preserves
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Grease a 9" x 13" casserole dish with cooking spray.
Whisk together the Catalina dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves.
Place chicken breasts in casserole and cover with apricot Catalina mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove from oven and garnish with crispy fried onions.
After a long day with our wonderful guests this is an easy meal to pop in the oven!!
