1 C Flour
½ C Walnuts (crushed)
½ C Butter
1 – 8 ounce Package Cream Cheese
1 C Confectionery Sugar
2 Packs Instant Lemon Pudding
3 C Milk
9 ounces Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
Mix flour, walnuts and butter. Pat mixture into 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
Bake 15 – 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove when toasty brown and cool.
Mix ½ of the whipped topping, sugar, and cream cheese together until well blended.
Spread onto crust.
Mix pudding and milk until well blended.
Spoon onto crust.
Cover with remaining half of whipped topping and cover.
Chill thoroughly and serve.
