2 C. Quick Oats
2 C. milk
2 T. oil
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Mix the Quick Oats and milk together and place in the refrigerator overnight.
After overnight soaking, add the eggs, oil, and sugar and stir.
Mix the remaining dry ingredients together and add to the oatmeal mixture. Stir well and grill.
Variations: add raisins, nuts. chocolate chips, or blueberries.
