1/4 C. butter, melted 1/2 C. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/2 C. milk 1 1/2 C. oats (quick or old-fashioned)
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in egg and milk. Fold in oats. Bake in 8x8" glass baking dish for 30 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Serve with banana slices or fresh berries on top and with warm milk to pour on top. Serves 6-8.
