2 pink grapefruit 2 tangerines 3 C. strawberries, coarsely chopped 4 kiwi, peeled and cubed 3 T. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Cut grapefruit in half and remove segments. Remove and discard seeds and pith from segments. Cut segments into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl. Add strawberries, kiwi, powdered sugar and orange rind to bowl; stirring gently. Cover and chill for an hour.
