Three Cheese Baked Souffle

Egg Dishes


7 eggs
1 C. milk
2 tsp. sugar
16 oz. shredded Monterey/Jack or Muenster cheese
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
2 C. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 to 2/3 C. melted butter
3/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat eggs, milk and sugar together. Add cheese, cream cheese, cottage cheese and butter; blend well. Mix in the flour and baking powder. Pour into a 9x13" greased baking dish. Bake for
45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Note: This may be prepared in advance and refrigerated. If put in oven directly from refrigerator, bake up to 60 minutes.
