1/2 C. sugar 1/2 C. tapioca 1/4 tsp. salt 1 qt. hot water 1 can crushed pineapples
Mix dry ingredients together. Heat water in saucepan and add juice from the pineapples. Add dry ingredients and boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and stir in the crushed pineapples. Pour into serving dish and cool.
