1 C. whole milk 1 T. unflavored powdered gelatin 3 C. whipping cream 1/3 C. honey 1 T. sugar Pinch of salt 2 C. assorted berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
Place milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over and let stand 3 to 5 minutes to soften gelatin. Pour milk mixture into a saucepan; stir over medium heat just until the gelatin dissolves, but milk does not boil, about 5 minutes. Add the cream, honey, sugar and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat. Pour into a bowl; cool slightly. Refrigerate until set, about 6 hours. Serve in individual bowls topped with the berries.
