3 egg whites 1 C. sugar 12 saltines, crushed 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 envs. prepared Dream Whip 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 medium can sweet cherries, drained 1 C. chopped nuts (pecans are best)
Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff. Fold crushed saltines, vanilla and baking powder into egg whites. Grease 11 3/4x7 1/2x2" pan and bake mixture at 325F about 15 minutes until light brown. Cool. Combine whipped topping, pineapple, sweet cherries and nuts. Place on cooled crust and chill. Serves 10.
