Cracker Pudding



1 qt. milk plus scant 1/4 C.
1 C. crushed graham crackers
1 C. sugar
2 eggs

Warm 1 qt. of milk in saucepan over medium heat. Mix together the crackers, sugar and eggs and the 1/4 C. milk. Stir into the warm milk and stir until thickened. Pour into serving dish and cool. This will thicken more as it cools.
