Coffee Banana Freeze (Deliciously vegan!)



1 C. vanilla soy milk
Agave syrup to taste
1 scoop instant coffee granules, or 1 shot expresso
4-5 pinches cinnamon
1 or 2 frozen bananas
1/2 - 3/4 C. Ice

Boost it: 1-3 tsp. of raw cacao nibs or cacao powder for topping (it looks really pretty with the topping)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend from low to high until smooth. Your vegan guests will love you!
