Raisin Bran Muffin

Breads/Muffins/Coffee Cake/Scones


15 oz. box of raisin bran
1 C. granulated sugar
1 C. brown sugar
2 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 C. wheat flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C. oil
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Batter will keep in the refrigerator for up to one month. Bake as you need them.
