Olive and Tuna Spread



2 C. tuna in oil
4 anchovy fillets
1/2 C. capers
1 C. large black olives, chopped small
1/2 C. green olives, chopped small
1/2 C. pimento stuffed olives, chopped small
1 tsp. fresh minced thyme
1/4 C. olive oil
1/3 C. lemon or lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

Best Made at Least a Day in Advance

Put tuna into a bowl and break into very small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mash well. Great served with slices of French bread
