Crab Fondue with Cheese



2 cans crab meat
1 C. chopped celery
3 T. mayonnaise mixed with 1 T. mustard
1/2 tsp. chives
4 to 6 slices bread
Salt and paprika, to taste
Sliced Swiss cheese
2 well beaten eggs with
1 C. milk and dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix first four ingredients and spread between slices of bread, then cut in two. Layer in greased casserole with slices of cheese between the layers. Pour over egg mixture; cover and bake for 40 minutes in moderate oven at 325 F. Serve with a green salad and hot buttered cornbread. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
