2 qt. strawberries 1/4 C. sugar 1 C. unsweetened iced tea, freshly brewed 1 C. orange juice 1 split (187 ml) champagne or 12 oz. club soda
Reserve 6 berries. Remove hulls from remaining berries; cut into quarters. Toss with sugar; set aside. Combine berries with iced tea and orange juice in blender or processor until smooth. With remaining berries, slice into fan shape for garnish in center of bowl of soup.
