Sausage Balls/Patties

Ingredients

2 lb. loose sausage (Jimmy Dean fine), uncooked
1/2 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 C. Bisquick
4 C. shredded cheddar
Directions

Mix and roll into 1" balls or larger and flattened. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until golden. Can be frozen uncooked.
