Poppy Seed Chicken



1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 T. poppy seed
1 C. sour cream
4 oz. butter, melted
2 C. Ritz crackers, crushed

Put chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream and poppy seeds together; spread on chicken. Mix together the remainder. Spread over the top. Bake uncovered, 350F for 30 minutes.
