Peppered Coated Bacon

Ingredients

1 lb. thick sliced bacon
1/2 C. milk
1 C. flour
3/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

Dip bacon in milk and dredge in flour/pepper mixture. Cook bacon in oil on medium heat for 3 minutes per side. Keep warm in a 200F oven till ready to serve.
