Lemon Chicken Kabobs



1/3 C. lemon juice
1/4 C. olive oil
1 T. sugar
1 T. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash onion salt
4 chicken breasts, cut up
3 zucchini, sliced
3 yellow squash, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms

Combine the first 7 ingredients and pour over the chicken and vegetables. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring to coat occasionally. Put on skewers and grill till chicken is done. Brush with lemon juice while grilling. Serve over rice.
