Ingredients

2 C. raw Uncle Ben's converted rice
2 lb. raw shrimp, cleaned & peeled
1 lb. sausage, cut up
1 can onion soup
1 can beef broth
8 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 stick butter, diced
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 C. chopped green onions
3-4 bay leaves
1 T. parsley
Directions

Mix together all ingredients and bake in a covered roasting pan at 350F for 2 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving. Can substitute chicken instead of shrimp. Can be frozen.
