Crab Meat Supreme



2 C. crab meat
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 C. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 C. fresh bread cubes
1 egg
1 C. milk

Coarsely flake crab meat. Combine meat with minced eggs, butter, pepper, bread cubes, salt and pepper. Add beaten egg and milk; mix well. Shape into 12 cakes and dot with butter. Broil until golden brown. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
