Apple Crisp

Ingredients

5 lb. McIntosh apples
Zest of 1 orange
Zest of 1 lemon
2 T. orange juice
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 C. sugar

TOPPING:
1 1/2 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 lb. unsalted butter, cold and diced
Directions

Combine apples and spices, and top with topping. Bake at 350F for 1 hour till apples are bubbly.
