Pear Zucchini Bread

Breads/Muffins/Coffee Cake/Scones

Ingredients

2 C. chopped peeled pears
1 C. shredded zucchini
1 C. sugar
1 C. packed brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 C. vegetable oil
1 T. vanilla extract
1 C. rye or whole wheat flour (or another cup of white)
2 C. flour
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into pear mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
