Orange Poppy Seed Bread

Breads/Muffins/Coffee Cake/Scones

Ingredients

3 C. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 C. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 T. poppy seeds
2 1/4 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/8 C. oil
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Glaze:
1/4 C. orange juice
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp butter
Directions

Mix bread ingredients and pour into loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 1 hour, or 25 minutes for mini loaf pans. Heat the glaze ingredients just until the butter melts and sugar is dissolved. Pour over the bread after it has been out of the oven for 5 minutes.
